We take the safety of our Athletes, Riders, Parents, Staff, and General Public very seriously at NCCH:
  • NCCH Coaches, Staff,  and Members are required to follow the Government and Ontario Cycling Association mandated rules, guidelines, and recommendations
  • Commencing March 21st 2022, and in line with the Provincial Regulations NCCH will no longer require Masks to be worn indoors or at briefings. Those who feel safer wearing masks may do so as a personal decision, and this will be welcomed and supported
  • Proof of vaccination policy will also cease as of 21st March 2022.  NCCH does encourage any unvaccinated to consider vaccination
  • Should restrictions be implemented in the future, NCCH will again follow the advice of Provincial & Health experts
  • Follow Social distancing (2 metres or 6 feet)
  • When in staging areas, and start area, you must wear a mask (as recommended by health officials)
  • Stay home when you are ill
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 15-20 seconds
  • If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
  • Every person must have access to hand sanitizer with them at all times
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Avoid close contact with people who are ill
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then immediately throw the tissue in the garbage and wash your hands
  • If you don’t have a tissue, sneeze or cough into your sleeve or arm
  • If you must touch a person, their bike or equipment, wear a mask, wash your hands, or sanitize
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
  • Do not share bottles, towels, etc
